Some researchers and scientists are saying that the storms in the gulf could actually be beneficial. The high winds will help evaporate the oil faster and the waves might help break up the larger oil slicks into smaller sections that the ocean can breakdown. It amazes me that the ocean can breakdown crude oil. It’s not easy to clean the oil off your feet but somehow the ocean is prepared to defend itself to some degree. Pretty incredible…
